One of our select Food Blades, our Potato Chip blade features a thin .015" carbon steel blade for accurate slicing. These blades are clean, however please note they are not classified as "Food Grade." Blades are packaged in cartons which hold 12 wrapped folders of 8 blades each. Also available by the case.
